2. The Customer’s personal data is collected with due diligence and properly protected against access by unauthorized persons, in accordance with applicable regulations. The customer has the right to inspect their data, change and correct them, and demand to cease their processing.

3. By expressing consent, the Customer simultaneously declares that he is aware that the provision of data is voluntary, but refusal to provide them results in the inability to place orders in the store due to the way the system works and the service.
