The swetry-lasota.pl online shop is selling goods via Internet. |

Orders can only be placed by customers registered in swetry-lasota.pl system. Registration consists in filling the registration form up with basic personal details essential for the completion of an order. |

Together with accomplishing the registration, the customers agrees on collecting, keeping and processing their personal details for order completing purposes. |

Before completing of an order there can be request for confirming it via e-mail or by the phone. |

For every order, there can be dispatched a VAT invoice. In such a case entering the taxpayer identification number during registration is the necessary conditon. |

After sending order from www.swetry-lasota.pl website, the customer can introduce the change in the order or cancel the order, only on the phone at the number: +48 42 671 33 15, on condition that the order wasn't still completed and sent to the customer. |

All prices in the shop are given in Polish currency and they contain VAT tax. The price given near every product is binding in the moment of placing an order by the customer. The shop is reserving the right to change prices of products given it this shop, inserting novelties to the offer, carrying out and cancelling promotion campaigns or changing campaigns' conditions. |

For value of every order lower down 50 EUR there are added postages. The delivery of goods is taking place via the Polish Mail according to prices determined in the current price list which is given on: www.poczta-polska.pl. |

The order is completing within seven working days from the date of placing it plus delivery time of the parcel. |

The payment is coming after the receipt of the parcel: a delivery man is taking the amount due. |

In accordance with the act from March 2, 2000 year "about the safeguard of some consumers' laws and about the responsibility for the loss caused by the dangerous product" the customer can resign from the good bought in our shop without giving the cause, within 7 days from the date of taking the parcel back. It is only possible when the good wasn't used, or wasn't destroyed. The product must be returned in the genuine, intact wrapping. |

Our shop is guaranteeing the repayment of the amount equal to price of the product. Money will be returned within 5 working days (from the moment of sending the product back) with bank transfer to the account pointed out by the customer or with a postal order under the address pointed out in the order. The cost of the delivery and sending back the product isn't returnable. |

All goods available in the shop are a guarantee. Accidental or intentional mechanical damages of all kinds (tears, cracks, etc.) aren't coming the guarantee under, as well as damage caused with careless and wrong using. Oneself causing to pill of product doesn't consider the fault provided with the guarantee. |

The company is reserving the right to the refusal of the order completion if it is raising doubts. |

The shop assumes no parcels sent back behind charging. |

The court near defendant residence is a court typical to examine disputes from the agreement. |
